Hi Will! We are watching Edwin, Chuck & Shawn at Euphoria here in Greenville. Just wanted to let you know that the “Red Dress” on you is being missed! Watched your Stageit show & Edwin was jealous you had my attention! Thanks for doing Stageit and enjoying the Euphoria memories!

Look Will, first off i wanna say that your my favorite accident. I stumbled upon your music one day and I’ve been in love with your work ever since. The amount of emotion you put in your music is something I’ve never seen before, its phenomenal. i remember when i teared up the first time i listened to “when i get my wings” and i said wow, this guys something different this guys special. You got soul man, and thats not something alot of artists these days have. I love it. you probably get fan mail all the time, but i just want you to know that your music has impacted me so much. Im not too sure if you believe in God, but if you do i would love love loveee to hear a few gospel tracks. Me being a christian myself, Ive realized that its hard to find good christian music that actually has soul like you do. Just at least take it into consideration. Ill be praying for you man. God bless and keep doin the work you do.

Howdy, Will! My boyfriend is a HUGE fan of yours. He turned me on to you when we first met which has in turn, made me a huge fan as well! He used to have a recording on his DVR from a PBS special you did at Cade’s Cove. It is something he absolutely loves. Unfortunately, I believe my son accidentally erased it and he is completely bummed. Being a musician himself, there aren’t many musicians that impress him. You are one of the VERY few that he even covers that he truly just loves and feels.

Is there any way to get a copy of this show through a dvd somewhere? I have looked and searched, but to no avail. He has done so much for my two boys and myself, and doesn’t ask of much. This is something I know he would truly treasure. If you have any direction for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you and God bless!
    Cindylou

Please release the bluegrass underground performance on cd. I promise to buy at least 5 copies. It is the best live performance I have ever seen and need it for daily use, but can’t find it. I can’t believe I’d never heard of you until watching that PBS program, but you are right between Springsteen and mellencamp on my all time favorites list.

Will, I cant imagine there have ever been 5 or 6 people ever to to set foot on this planet that are so hugely and diversely talented as you are. The songs are nothing short of first class……The guitar tone that you employ is true to the rock gods….The voice is that of a veteran street urchin turned art dealer and the some…Full balance and phat grace….MR WILL HOGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just learned of your music a few months before the Steamboat Musicfest 2013 and loved your music. Then found out you would be playing at Steamboat, made me even more stoked about the trip. I hope the event was good for you and look forward to seeing you there again next year! Keep up the good work.

Hello. you still owe me an autographed copy of “Number Seven” that your website people handled very poorly. I wrote to you so many countless times about this that I have decided that i will not purchase any further releases by you in the future. You certainly don’t treat your fans with any respect. Thank you.

Like a previous poster, I stumbled onto your music…watching a low budget horror movie on Netflx of all places. Now three of your songs are in my top 25 on my iphone. Wish you could come to central Canada. Going to see Bob Seger on Wednesday and he doesn’t have an opening act. Should have been you. Singer song writers need to stick together.

Will, I know this is a crazy question but is there any chance either one of your parents will be in Birmingham in April? I drove up to Nashville in the fall for your show at 3rd and Lindsley and accidently got to sit beside them and enjoyed their company. To get a running narration of your inspiration for some of your songs from your mom made that show my favorite concert of all time. ( Listening to her shush the crowd when you were telling your stories was fun too.) I understand they may not come down together but if either one makes it down, I would love to meet with them again. Tell them supper is on me at The Fish Market.
Also, is there any plans to put some of your live stuff back in production? I would love to purchase of your older live shows like the one that you recorded at Workplay.

Will Hoge, you are the best thing in country music. You deserve to win for songwriter of the year, vocalist of the year, and all the awards out there. Your heart is in your voice and your music. While I am happy that Eli Young sang your song and made it a hit, your version is better. I wrote Kid Rock and told him that he needs to take you on tour with him. You are like he is and can be respected in different genres. I hope and pray that you are “discovered” and really given the chance to be seen and heard by many.

Dear Will, We are just back to the hotel after the Ryman show tonight. To be honest, you are quite new to me. I knew only that you co-wrote “Even if it Breaks Your Heart.” And even before I heard you sing it tonight I thought it should have won at least one of those awards! The good news in this confession of ignorance is that I love your work & you’ve added to your fan base tonight. It was a pleasure and a privilege to hear you sing at the Ryman tonight. I wish you continued success & hope to see you again.

Will, looking forward to seeing your show at World Cafe Live in Philly. I’m a new comer to your music but I’ve become a big fan. I’ve been driving the family nuts with playing your music pretty much exclusively over the past year. Everyone but my 9 year old daughter who I think is a bigger fan than me. She’s upset she can’t come to the concert in June, but I explained a nine year old probably shouldn’t be at a rock concert. Just wanted to say I’m looking forward to hearing you live
